Define where the line begins and ends
A complete line brief should identify the incoming material, the required mixing stages and the form of the output handed to the next process. Mark which equipment already exists and which stages belong in the new supply scope.
Coordinate the interfaces
Feeding, dosing, mixing, open-mill work, cooling and handling are reviewed as parts of the proposed sequence where relevant. Layout, transfer points, utilities and control responsibilities belong in the same discussion. Component selection and availability are confirmed within the technical scope.
Plan the mechanical and digital scopes together
The optional digital layer can address monitoring, production records, quality and AI-assisted analysis. Its equipment interfaces and permissions are defined separately from the industrial process flow. Share the line layout, production objective and current systems to begin.
