A project-defined manufacturing scope
WHITE systems are manufactured in Türkiye according to the defined machine configuration and process requirements. The technical proposal should make clear what is included, what interfaces must be coordinated and what information is still required before the scope is finalized.
Review documentation and interfaces
Site layout, utilities, connections to other equipment and control responsibilities should be discussed alongside the machine configuration. Required drawings and documentation are defined for the project rather than assumed to be identical across all equipment families.
Agree inspection and handover
Inspection scope, applicable project requirements and handover expectations belong in the agreement. Discuss the intended delivery location and installation needs during the enquiry so the technical and service scopes can be coordinated.
