Prepare the site before delivery
Share the installation location, access route, available space and utility information. Identify existing equipment that will connect to the new system. Site readiness and the division of responsibilities should be reviewed before installation activities are scheduled.
Define commissioning and acceptance
The project scope establishes the installation support, checks, operating review and documentation required. Any trial material, production conditions and acceptance criteria should be agreed with the responsible teams. Commissioning activities follow the equipment-specific documentation and authorized procedures.
Include the operating team
Identify who will operate, maintain and supervise the equipment. Training, handover records and follow-up support requirements belong in the same plan. Share your intended schedule so availability and the required scope can be reviewed.
